Although he has had no formal training as an artist, Bryan has drawn and painted ever since he can remember, painting scenery for school plays and for his children’s Gang Shows.
Providing for a family he painted very little, however on retiring some 16 years ago, he again pursued his love of painting, scenery, portraiture, still life and animals, in acrylic and oils. During 2003/2006 he shared an exhibition with fellow artists at Ayscoughfee Hall, Spalding in which he sold a number of paintings. He has on three occasions been a successful entrant in the Spalding Open Arts Competition, and exhibits at Banham Zoo Norfolk and all local exhibitions.
The above painting is of his daughter's family pet, Ruby.
